Why should I order from Fandom Comic Shop?

Fandom Comic Shop is a collectibles store run by collectors.  All of the collectibles sold here at Fandom Comic Shop are 100% original, authentic and licensed.  Also, we know how important it is to you that every item you order online arrives to you in great condition.  We make sure that all the collectibles you order from Fandom Comic Shop are in the best possible condition when they are picked for you and we make sure to package the items carefully with packing material/bubble wrap.  Plus, we only use boxes to ship your valued collectibles.  There is no need to worry about receiving your item in a smashed envelope when you order from us!  If you choose Fandom Comic Shop for your favorite fandom merch you will not be disappointed!

How long have you been in business?

We have been selling toys, comics and collectibles online since 2001!  We have our online eBay store, ComicChix;  our website, Fandom Comic Shop;  and we also sell on Amazon as seller ComicChix.

How fast will you process my order?

99% of all in stock orders ship within 48 hours of order placement.  Pre-order items will ship within 3-5 days of the items arrival to us.

When will I get my order?

All orders should arrive to their destination 2-5 business days after shipment.

I live outside the U.S.  Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship outside the U.S. on our website.  We do ship outside the U.S. on our eBay store, ComicChix.

Do you use boxes or envelopes to ship items?

All orders are shipped in boxes or Gemini Supply II reinforced cardboard mailers.  We do not use envelopes for shipping.

How do you pack your comics for shipping?

We include a brand new bag and board for all comics and we only use boxes or reinforced Gemini Supply II Mailers for shipping them to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Amazon Payments.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns unless the item description clearly states that we do not accept returns for that item.  Returns must arrive back to us within 14 days of their original delivery to you and they must arrive back to us in the same unopened/unused condition.  For items that were pre-ordered there is a 15% restocking fee.  See our Pre-Order Policy for more details.

My order was canceled and I was refunded without notice.  Why?

The only time an order will be canceled without any notification is due to the order being tagged as fraudulent.  We use Shopify's automated credit card validation software to prevent fraudulent orders from being processed.  If you place an order and the billing address supplied does not match the billing address of the information on file with the credit card issuer, the order will be canceled.  No exceptions.  If you place an order where the IP address is masked or from a country outside the U.S. and the billing address is within the U.S. the order will be canceled.  No exceptions.
